I first obtained my real estate license over 25 years ago, while working as Director of Real Estate and Development for a major restaurant chain.   In addition to my commercial real estate experience, I've bought and sold over 10 personal homes, owned vacation homes and investment property, and built five homes.   I am a Certified Purchasing Manager, with experience in price negotiations of over $300 million per year.  I am also a graduate of the University of California at Irvine. 

 

Having relocated for job opportunities a number of times, my wife and I decided that it was time to live in a place that we chose, instead of where someone else wanted us to go. We spent nearly two years researching, including several exploratory trips.  In the end, we chose to live in Bellingham, Washington.  Nestled along the water, between Vancouver, Canada and Seattle, Washington, we found Bellingham to be just right...not too big, or too small. Large enough to house a major University, arts and cultural events and plenty of shopping.  Small enough to have low crime, great air quality and little traffic. The Puget Sound provides world-class boating and water sports, while the nearby Cascade Mountains offer skiing, hiking and more less than an hour away.  Add easy access to two world class  cities and you begin to understand why Bellingham has been named one of the best places to live by Sperling, AARP, Paddler Magazine, Kiplinger Magazine and more in the last several years.
